I am basically from commerce background done B.com in 1999 from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Worked in Direct Marketing company where with my qualities like , meeting targets, sales skills, communication skill, team building, manage office etc. I was promoted as a Manager within 1.4 years. unfortunately, the company closed and due to my health problem, I was not able to continue marketing for long time. Now, I am also associated with MLM company named as Forever Living Products to continue with my marketing.

In accounts and costing with Mahavir Spinning Mills , I worked for 1 year.as an assistant accountant.
In Domestic BPO Reliance and E2E Serwisol, worked for 2.3 years to take inbound calls of postpaid and prepaid.
In International BPO, IBM- Concentrix, Working since May 2006, in back office and escalations, to handle customer queries and reply through emails and perform back end activities also.
