About

Writer, editor, teacher

I am living in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and work from home. I am working on several projects for myself, including educational games, a useful PIM, a set of readers, EFL textbooks and animated DVDs. I have a BA in Creative Writing, and M, Ed in teaching writing and an MSc in Psychology. I also have 25 years as a senior technical writer and about a dozen teaching.plus I have coached and edited more than 40 theses and dissertations.

Work Terms

I work whatever hours are necessary to serve my clients. I have several long term clients and take on smaller projects as needed. I was a senior technical writer for 25 years. I worked contract, so when 9/22 wiped me out I had to start over Companies stopped hiring technical writers so I went back to teaching.. :) I also write research papers for professionals or coach the student doing them.
