I'm a Graphic Desgner freelancer in full time so I have many availability for your work, just you need understand who can be exist another works who have be aproved before so when you aproved my Budget proposal I will inform you a prevision of the end of job according of my work plan.
When the client aproved the Budget, He have do one transfer of 40% in the Payment Method of Paypal, and I only will start a job after receiving this 40% of total bill, so only after this percentage have been transfer I will integrate your work in my work plan.
The communication is means of the Skype or email to be fast, and I will send answer to you the most fast like I can.
