Hello, and thank you for checking my profile! I am a Venezuelan architect with experience in architectural design and visualization, CAD and BIM documentation, 3D modeling, and rendering, with a strong will for creating fun and creative projects that break the convention.
In my projects, I design using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Autocad, Sketchup, V-Ray, and Photoshop. Always using the most effective program for each situation. I am also certified by Autodesk in Parametric Architecture.
My goal is to always deliver the highest quality design and service to my clients, always focusing on creative and unique ways to improve living with human, urban and economic values.
As a plus, I recently founded the "Grand! Architects" design team with my partner Genesis Ramirez, to work on projects that require or would be benefited by the cooperation of different professionals who share the same work goals and values.

Work Terms
I usually prefer Hourly-based contracts since they are more flexible for architectural projects. If we use this, we wouldn't need to make new contracts to make additional documentation, like more 3D views and plans. I am very efficient with my hours and very careful of billing only the hours that I actually invest in the project, and I keep close communication about it with my clients. They can also confirm my dedication, efficiency, and transparency. I am available weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm CST and I dedicate 15-20 weekly hours per project.
In the case you prefer using a fixed-price contract, a very specific PDF project scope will be required for each contract. For more information, a guideline will be sent during negotiations.
