I'm certain that my extensive experience in the call center industry and as an appointment setter will serve as a valuable asset for your company.

I've been working in several BPO companies for more than 6 years. I worked with Cebu Global Teleservices Inc. I was a Quality Evaluator. Then I worked with Aegis People Support as a Risk Management Analyst for credit cards under JP Morgan Chase. I also worked with Telstra Powered by Teletech for billing department. It's one of the biggest telco companies in Australia. I was a Subject Matter Expert. Whenever our supervisor is not around, I'm the one who’s in charge to manage our team. I do sup calls and EOD reports. I also worked with Students Only Philippines Inc. - SOPHI, as a travel consultant. I call hotels to make sure that the customers’ reservation has already been taken care of. I also worked with SPi Global under Western Union. We received calls from customers requesting to send or receive money. We also cater sup calls for customer complaints. The latest one was with Elite Aerospace Group as an Appointment Setter. It's a high tech aerospace engineering and manufacturing company. I’m also a DATA ENCODER/WEB RESEARCHER for project base only with StaffDB. I had an experience as an Appointment Setter with Elite Aerospace Group. It's a high tech aerospace engineering and manufacturing company. I’m also a DATA ENCODER/WEB RESEARCHER for project base only with StaffDB. I also have knowledge in Lead Generation since I worked w/ Marketing by Reach as a Virtual Assistant/Lead Generator

Work Terms
