I would like to present myself for a job application for your. I am in second year of the business administration career at UNAH-Vs. During the course of my academic courses, I also managed to accrue nearly 5 years of work experience. I had the privilege of working for Allied Global & Convergys as a Sales Representative and then as Customer Support II. I got involved also in the training role in my free time, where i learned valuable professional skills such as customer, service, sales, conflict resolution and support as a team leader. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as adaptable by my professors and peers. Whether working on academic, extracurricular or professional projects, I apply proven, analytical, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, which I hope to leverage into the customer support or any other role available at your company and you consider suitable for me.
