I am Andrei Gurgel, a seasoned UX/UI designer with over two decades of experience. My journey in design began with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and evolved through a master’s in Design from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. Throughout my career, I have always believed in the power of collaborative innovation and user-centered design.
One of my most fulfilling projects was developing a digital game for stroke patients aimed at neural rehabilitation. Working closely with elderly users and healthcare professionals, I created an engaging and therapeutic tool that not only advanced my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of human-computer interaction and empathy in design.
Another highlight was leading the design of Prism, a computer vision project where I transformed complex AI data into intuitive user interfaces. This project underscored the importance of making sophisticated technology accessible and user-friendly.
I am passionate about participatory design, a value reflected in my book, "Codesigners," which promotes co-creation and collaborative thinking. This approach ensures that every design decision is informed by real user needs and contexts.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new technologies and staying updated with industry trends. I also love traveling, which fuels my creativity and provides fresh perspectives on design. In my downtime, you can find me cycling or taking photographs, hobbies that keep me balanced and inspired.

My hours of operation are from 8 AM to 7 PM (Brazil time zone), Monday through Friday.
Payment Terms
Payments are expected within 30 days of invoice issuance.
