Proactive & hardworker.
My position as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative has helped me develop skills such as: multitasking, problem-solving, effective communication, strong attention to detail and teamwork. Also, I worked as an Independent Consultant and learned to evaluate content that is directed to social media, organization, autonomy and deadlines.
Last but no least, I dedicated a year to be a Training Manager in an NGO. In this position I learned about how to maintain internal communications through a weekly newsletter that was designed and written by me, I was in charge of coordinating training courses, and recruited new members. These activities helped me develop responsibility, punctuality, and professional ethics.
On top of my professional experience, I feel passionate about creating stories to engage with an audience. I have learned about botanical illustration and art direction in my free time and my favorite hobbies are painting and reading.
