I want to tender thanks to Andre for his forbearance - I'm not an easy employer. I'm Russian, it's my first project, I couldn't pay fast and I gave him assignment in the complicated period - I have moved to Russia and couldn't communicate properly. No matter what, Andre did his work quickly and in workmanlike manner, more than that - his remarks and advice were accuracy and really helpful.
