I began my career in project management over a decade ago, starting as an assistant project coordinator in a University department. This role ignited my passion for organizing complex tasks and leading teams. Over the years, I’ve worked in various industries, including healthcare and non profit, where I honed my skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

My values center around collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning. I believe that effective communication and teamwork are the cornerstones of successful projects. This philosophy drives me to create inclusive training environments where every voice is heard.

Outside of work, I’m an avid hiker and enjoy exploring nature. I often draw parallels between hiking and project management—both require planning, adaptability, and perseverance. One memorable hike taught me the importance of teamwork when we navigated a challenging trail together, reinforcing my belief in collective effort.

These experiences shape my approach as a trainer. I strive to empower others with practical skills and insights, ensuring they feel confident to tackle their projects head-on. My journey continues to inspire me to connect with others and share the knowledge I've gained along the way.

Work Terms
