Work Terms

Minimum 30% up front; 30% at delivery of comps. Remainder due at time of final delivery. Minimum is job dependent. I retain all intellectual property rights unless we agree to a complete buy out. You have the rights to use my work for the specific period agree upon. If no agreement is made, you still have usage rights for a period of not less than two years.
