I am a skilled 3D designer, who promises quality designs. There are no limitations in 3D designing!

Following my heart, my career started at Chateau D’or Manufacturing Jewellers in Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa, in 1994. There I learnt the art of melting and forming raw gold into fine pieces of jewellery, such as rings, pendants, earrings, etc. in 9ct and 18ct gold. My journeyman at that stage in the company, was Karien van der Walt. During that time of learning our Creator taught me to persevere with much patience in order to learn the art of creating something beautiful out of a pure material such as gold.
I did my trade for four years before carrying on my journey with a new employer at Majet . At Majet Jewellers I learnt the art of working with platinum. This is a pure metal that is completely different and unique from gold. I spent 15 months with Majet Jewellers, before taking my adventure abroad to the UK.

There I worked in Ascott for Ascott Jewellers for a year. As well as being the goldsmith of this jewellery store, I also took care of the administration of the store. During this time I was privileged to meet many wealthy English lords and ladies who visited the shop frequently. Apart from learning the skill of designing jewellery, this was also an exciting time of learning in my life, to mould me into the person who I am today.

Back in South Africa, I started Plat Gold Diamond Creations in 2003 and since then I run my business from Johannesburg.

I am blessed to be married to my wife Retha, who has enriched my life greatly and made it whole.

Since I started my own company, most of my assignments resulted from word of mouth and are done for private clients. The quality of my products has always been of utmost importance to me, as well as giving the pieces of jewelry to my clients on time. I am very conscientious to keep up with the trends in the trade and to move forward in my trade.
