My background includes serving as a Digital Marketing Analyst and Web Analyst within both enterprise and agency environments. Most recently, I worked as an Email Marketing Manager at Jet Marketing working explicitly in the affiliate marketing world. I maintained an average CPM of $5. Before my time at Jet, I was on the digital marketing team as a Web Specialist performing Data Analytics and Campaign Management for 561 Media, where my responsibilities included paid search and email campaign management; data analysis within Google Analytics to identify new opportunities for the marketing team; data segmentation and A/B testing on email campaigns and paid search campaigns; reporting web metrics and KPIs for stakeholders; building automated email campaigns and developing personalized email campaigns.
Previously, I worked within Office Depot's E-Commerce Department performing Email Marketing as an Analyst and Cendyn's SEM Department as a Coordinator. In these positions, I also performed extensive data analysis and campaign management with additional tools such as Omniture, Exact Target, and Coremetrics, as well as Google Analytics and AdWords. In all positions I was required to not only report on metrics and KPIs, but to give suggestions on how to improve campaigns. Due to my suggestions, some campaigns saw as much as a 10% increase in revenue Month-over-Month, some 15% Quarter-over-Quarter, and one campaign saw a revenue increase of 600% in one month. Open rates stayed consistently within a range of 20%-30%, and email conversion rates would stay within a range of 4%-12% depending on the campaign. Other KPIs were used, but these are only a few examples. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable skills in the area of Front-End Programming.
