I got a science degree in Biology and worked as a Research Scientist in field of medical microbiology, virology and immunology for 8 years. Being the member of an Ethics Committee I was introduced to clinical trials and watched the rise of this industry in Ukraine. Driven by the idea to find more dynamic work environment I started my career as a CRA at the R&D department of a pharma company specialized on generic and biosimilar drugs. Aside of clinical research activities I was responsible for scientific oversight of pre-clinical research. I'm familiar with the entire lifecycle of pharmaceutical development of the drugs from pre-clinical through phase IV. I conducted significant number of visits of all types, including accompanied training and performance assessment visits with junior CRAs; lead CRA experience since 2016. My therapeutic experience:
