Hi there! I’m Angel Joy Abendan 🙂 and I’m excited to share a bit about myself. My journey began with a passion for organization and systems, which naturally led me into the field of administrative support and management. I started my career at a well-known BPO, where I developed skills in customer service and multitasking. This role taught me the importance of balancing job seeking with personal well-being and career goals. From there, I moved into various administrative roles, including a position at Mindanao Golden Grains Corporation. At this company, I became proficient in data entry, handling purchase orders, and invoicing—essentially managing large volumes of data to optimize workflow systems. I believe in the power of meticulous attention to detail and proactive preparation. I approach every task with the goal of achieving accuracy and efficiency. Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of my work is a top priority. One of my favorite memories from my time in the BPO industry is leading a team project to streamline call handling. Despite the challenges, it was incredibly rewarding to see how our efforts resulted in a more efficient workflow and greater team satisfaction. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading self-help books. One that particularly resonated with me is The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck* by Mark Manson—I appreciate his insights into life and personal values. I also love exploring new technologies and productivity tools, as they help me provide better support and manage tasks more effectively. I’m excited to continue expanding my expertise and applying the knowledge I’ve gained from years of experience in leading roles with international companies. I look forward to taking on new challenges that will allow me to further develop my skills in administration and data management.
