I have 2 years experience in a BPO company mainly, helping customers to place their orders online, and pay as well. Tracking orders and create cases for missing and wrong items. The major accomplishment I’m most proud of was calming irate customers and assisting them as quickly as possible. As a result, I was able to save time and assist more customers than usual calling per day. I also had experience working as a healthcare representative for one year. Mainly my job was to schedule patient appointments with the doctor, call insurances and collect payment information. The major accomplishment I had was getting compliments from my customers. Especially when they say I have a nice sweet friendly voice.
