My name is Angela Brown. I have been writing professionally for over 10 years. I have spent time as a reporter, copy editor and freelance writer. I have a bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in creative and technical writing.

I am a skilled researcher and enjoy tackling many different topics. I have a strong background in life insurance, budgeting, family, health and fitness and small business writing.

I enjoy writing and copy editing. I choose to become a freelance writer so I could spend as much time with my kids and husband as possible. I enjoy the freedom of creating my own hours and working with new clients.

Work Terms

I typically require at least a 48-hour turnaround time. I prefer to be paid via PayPal or direct deposit or via an escrow account. I have pretty flexible hours but have set Sunday aside as a day off so I'm not available to answer emails or complete work during that time.
