Hi there! You can call me Anne, I am an experienced freelancer, who has over 5 years of experience in BPO and 1 year as a property management virtual assistant. During my time in BPO, I learned a lot of things as I climbed my way up to the top, I started as an agent, after a year, was promoted to a Quality Analyst then promoted as a Team Leader.
