I am Angelica Mae Fernandez. Worked as a customer service representative based in Singapore and it is a dropshipping company with 1+ year of work experience in this field. I have experience in handling 70 online stores from Shopify and solve 100 tickets a day in Freshdesk, also use Google docs for escalations, CRM for back up, and many more. Self-motivated, creative customer service professional, a helpful, reliable, and versatile. I'm very hands-on in dealing with my customer's inquiries, concerns, and issues and I am able to resolve problems before they become crises, as well as troubleshooting product delivery and quality issues.
