I worked as a customer service representative, where I handled general insurance inquiries. My main responsibilities involved offering free quotes to clients, allowing them to compare options. During my two years in this role,
i was able to enhance my skills in effective communication and engaging outbound calls with a specific focus on sales.
In addition, I also had the opportunity to work as a collections agent, specifically with clients based in the United Kingdom. In this position, my primary tasks included addressing client concerns, collecting payments, and offering outbound support. I was dedicated to addressing client needs and assessing how I could provide assistance.
Work Terms
I am available for 20 to 40 hours of work per week and willing to work for $5 to $6 per hour. I prefer weekly payment, and communication can be done directly within the app.
