With more than four years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, I could say that I am reliable and confident to do any tasks at hand. As a VA in an office-based setting, I have handled tasks as a mortgage broker’s assistant. During this stint, I was doing email and file management, loan lodgment in Sales Force, and doing outbound calls to follow up on the status of loan applications.
After being with an office-based VA job for almost 2 years, I have ventured into a home-based job. I am an Admin Assistant for more than 3 years with a company that does commission advances to real estate agents. My tasks include email and file management, following up with clients (via email and calls), answering incoming calls, doing out bound calls to follow up with title companies, database building, and creating basic reports. There are times that I also manage and update the client’s Facebook page, and also creating and sending out email flyers via ConstantContact.
