I have a diploma in ancient languages and literature pursued with the best evaluation and a strong passion for communication and language jobs.
I worked as executive assistant in a printing/advertising company; assisting the owner in his professional activity my duties varied from administrative and clerical tasks to creative writing, translation, web media campaigns, copywriting and file preparation for digital /offset printing.
During this working activity I had the opportunity to cooperate with two local newspapers (Corriere dell'Umbria, Giornale dell'Umbria) and a national press agency (agenziastampaitalia.it), providing them regular press releases, mostly on local sporting events.
I also had the chance to acquire a basic SEO knowledge and a good knowledge of internet markup (HTML, CSS).
For the last five years I worked as customer care executive in a company selling pv systems, where I achieved unexpected results regarding customer satisfaction levels.
I also have a solid experience as IT specialist for Ots S.r.l. , where I managed data from credit institutes of national relevance. Consequentely I am at ease with Information Technology-related issues.
I am a pliable, organized and enthusiastic person. Hard work doesn't scare me.
