It is critical to have an employee that is creative as much as hardworking and organized and that is what I am.

For the past 4 years, after I graduated college I have had a very diverse and fulfilling work experience. I was offered the position of being the Human Resource Manager of an events place company. In this employment I was handling the recruitment and training of all our employees. I was tasked to be the bridge between upper management and workers which in turn bettered my communication and people skills. My organizational skills were also tested and proven with the meetings and training I have had to handle for the entire staff. Then I left that job to start my own business. I am currently the part owner of a library café. A year ago when we were just a startup company, I acted as the operations manager, marketing manager and business development manager of the business. As the operations manager, I supervise the day to day activities for the café and guided the employees to do their task efficiently and effectively. As the marketing manager I was the one who handled all of its marketing activities through social media and I also search for different platforms to continually advertise our café. Then as the business development manager I conceptualized new and exciting ways for our café to be the ultimate happy place of customers, from the food we serve to the service we give. And now a year has passed and the cafe is running smoothly and is gaining more and more patrons each day. With this I then decided to try working online. I had the opportunity to work for a company based in San Diego where I am part of the offshore logistics staff. It has both been a challenge and a rewarding work where I improved a lot. I also have experience in data entry and online research from the part-time work I have had.
With these experiences I have acquired various skills that makes me competent to handle challenging tasks. I am a person who is open to learning new things and fresh ideas so that I will be able to do my job within your standards.
