13 years as a freelancer where I ventured in doing data entry, leads collections, customer service, managing online stores where I handled customer service, order processing, product entry and checking orders and tasks give by my client, I used Shopify, Rakuten, Printful, Google sheets, Excel and other applications that I learned to use during my stay with my previous clients. I usually work independently since I usually gets jobs that I am not involved in a team but I was a teamplayer when I worked in the BPO industry.
