About

Consultant/Assistant

My family and I currently reside in Mesa, AZ where my husband is the Director of Operations for a helicopter manufacture. We have two children who are active in sports as well as music. In addition to being an Independent Consultant I teach the second grade class at our church and volunteer with their school, girl scouts, and football club. I have over 20 years of combined professional experience in healthcare, business management/fundraising, and served on the Board of Directors for a non-profit youth organization.

I am passionate about healthy living and encourage all generations to work towards a healthier more active lifestyle. I do this by working with personal trainers and fitness experts to create youth programs focused on nutrition and exercise. I am working towards a personal goal for 2014 to obtain my Personal Trainer Certification with a special focus on Youth Sports and Women's Health.
