Skilled Administrative Assistant
I have been, by turns, a claims investigator for a health insurance company, a business consultant for a Fortune 500 company handling their credit/charge card customers, an Administrative Assistant for a local elected official. I've driven a cab, owned a restaurant, and did technical support for another Fortune 500 company handling issues for VOIP, IPTV, email and land line phone service. I have a huge skill set from which to draw, and have a pleasant personality. Call centers are a large part of my work history.
I enjoy working with people and have learned how to handle even the most upset customer.
Work Terms
I can work daytime hours (US), and am amenable to a wage of $10 per hour. I prefer long-term contracts but will also do short-term contracts.
