2. Detail plan preparation for new project.
3. Study of dwg. & segregation of process for making a harness.
4. Processing ordering of materials as per processes need to make harness ,Local or imported.
5. Make final Assembly board Drawing according Customer Requirement and BOM in AutoCAD.
6 . Preparing Sub Assy dwg for no. Of circuits, brief work instructions.
7. Receiving of new material with inspection reports.
8. Installation of received machines like CLIP CHECKER,GROMMET EXPANDER & LED NAVIGATION , BOLT TIGHTENING like any other extra processes.

9. Line balancing to achieve Target as per Takt-Time .
10. layout of machine, equipment & sutures of process during a setup.
11.Experience as working with Japanese leaders with concept like 5S,POKA –YOKE,MODEL LINE , and lots of KIZENS to improve the efficiency.
12. Prepare the factory layout.
13. Check the machine & other tool requirements based on production volume , new project and ECI.
14. Making for the other instructions like table, trolley on production volume , new project and ECI.
15. Co-ordinate with purchase for new project material.
16. Co-ordinate with maintenance team for line set-up.
17. Handover line to Maintenance and production team with necessary spare part list.
19. Monitoring the production line after new project implication .
20. PE shift planning
21. Stationery Mainten and ordering
22. Implementation of process related kizens.
23. Harness label design, packing station making.
