The most important component of successful website development, from my perspective, is a great project manager (with technical skills) who is a great communicator. In addition to understanding the technical aspects of the website I envisioned, Maria Ryan of Animus Web Design is a terrific project manager, and understands brand marketing too. I am elated with my new website and the total process was enjoyable from start to finish. Her communications were always really great with me. I totally recommend her to others thinking of a web design firm.
