I am an IT professional with 10 years of experience, in which 5 years I have been working on ServiceNow platform, as an administrator, implementer and developer. My Experience helps me to give the best of both worlds, ITIL and ServiceNow. Being a certified ServiceNow Developer and an ITIL Expert helps me to built/customize ServiceNow to Customer's expectation by taking into account all the best practices/ideas I have acquired during my journey and all my certifications.
