RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPPLY_CHAIN
Distribution: Facilitates the distribution requirements and planning process to insure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Logistics Management: Manage logistics of room and temperature sensitive items from supplier through to the customer. Process documentation for import, export and domestic shipments. Communicate with suppliers and 3PL agents on order status.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products while managing excess and ageing stock.
• Procurement: Negotiate, source and purchase materials from suppliers, evaluate vendor quotes and materials to qualify best available suppliers that will meet company quality requirements.
• Order Processing: Processing of all incoming orders with compliance to company’s policies and daily tracking of the orders to schedule shipments promptly.
• Warehousing: Conduct warehouse stock inventory and maintain adequate warehouse stock and storage capacity.
• Making Reports: Creating and maintaining spreadsheet of inventory in different sites.
• Investigating Discrepancies: Investigates and reconciles discrepancies between packing slips, purchase orders and supply delivery physical counts. Maintains appropriate supply chain records, reports and files as required.
