My name is Anisil Conanan but you can call me Ani, which means harvest in our language.

I have strong opinions about most things but they’re mostly left unspoken. At work, having strong opinions translates to being (quietly) critical and calling things as it is. The results are straightforward assessments and bold solutions.

You might call me a shy but loud introvert but I believe that I’m just forward-thinking.

For me, being forward-thinking is having a clear understanding of different situations and finding innovative ways to tackle challenges. Existing ways of doing things should be evaluated for effectiveness. Old, “proven” strategies should be revisited from time to time. The world is changing fast and we should be quick to adapt in order to dominate.

My entrepreneurial spirit was planted and nurtured by working close with small business owners in my corporate job and helping them transform their businesses from small to medium. With them, I learned the value of taking calculated risks and embracing challenges as parts of success. They also taught me to celebrate small wins. Business is about scheming and plotting but it’s also productive to acknowledge a good performance, whether big or small.

In social media marketing, I strive to offer ways to get you noticed, build a community of advocates and promote your products in a warm, friendly manner that can also be surprising and unexpected.

With billions of social media accounts, you need to be different to be visible. Marketing strategies should be aligned with your business objectives. Content marketing should promote your values by being helpful and empathetic to your clients’ needs.

I aim to work with coaches and business owners who align with my values. I am a visionary who wants to connect with other visionaries to help them be perceived as leading authorities in their industries.

Work Terms

I'm looking to work 20 hours per week or on a project basis during weekdays. I'm on GMT+8 Time Zone but open to work with clients in any time zone. We can communicate via emails, online messaging apps or video calls.
