Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (East Africa Time, EAT)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EAT)
Sunday: Closed
I’m flexible to accommodate urgent requests or projects outside of these hours upon prior arrangement.
Payment Terms:
Payment Methods: Guru Safe Pay
Terms: 50% upfront deposit for new clients, with the remaining 50% upon project completion. For ongoing projects, payment will be structured on a weekly or milestone basis, depending on the agreement.
Revisions: I offer up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra charge, ensuring the final delivery meets your expectations.
Invoicing: I will provide a detailed invoice outlining services rendered upon project completion or at agreed-upon intervals.
