I am a Business Intelligence professional with nearly 5+ years of experience in SAP Business Objects, Testing and Agile Software Development. Being a solution-oriented person who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments, I have been pivotal in supporting all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support/maintenance.
In my current role as SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Senior Consultant, I have conducted analysis and supervised delivery of various features based on SAP BusinessObjects, including migration of BI deployments from BO XI 3.1 to BI 4.1. I have also been responsible for steering the SAP BusinessObjects Tiger Team focussing on product improvements and resolving customer escalations.

As a Web Intelligence reports and Dashboard developer, I gained extensive experience in working directly with customers to translate functional design into technical specifications. I was pivotal in standardizing test analysis by using templates, developing process documents & automation in my work as a test engineer and analyst at the start of my career in IT. While my present work focusses on administration and reporting in SAP BusinessObjects, I am an enthusiastic self-motivated learner with interest in SAP HANA and Big Data technologies.

Perseverance, creativity and optimism inspire and drive me towards excellence in my job. When I am not working, I am busy pursuing my interests including writing, cooking, painting and looking for new hobbies.
