For several years of providing a good quality of customer service I know that this jobs will exactly fit my skills.I am trained with my previous job on how to communicate well to different kind of people and were trained also to have the ability to attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and that what makes us outstanding to the things that were doing especially on our job. I also been to the sales department for almost one year and half so I am really determined that this job will be a compatible task for me.I am willing for adjustments,and I am willing to give my 100% effort,time,determination,knowledge,dedication and trust to the job that I have love.
