Work Terms

1. Scope of Work
The project scope will be clearly defined before starting.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials in a timely manner.
2. Payment Structure
An initial deposit is required to begin work.
The remaining balance will be due before the final project handover.
Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
3. Revisions & Modifications
Up to two free revisions are included. Additional changes may incur extra costs.
Any major changes or additional features beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
4. Project Timelines
The project completion time will depend on the scope and mutual agreement.
Delays in providing required materials from the client’s side may impact delivery time.
Expedited delivery requests may require an additional charge.
5. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website and design.
The designer reserves the right to showcase the work in a portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
6. Maintenance & Support
Free post-launch support for a limited period after completion.
Ongoing updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting can be arranged separately.
Issues related to third-party services, hosting, or software updates are the client’s responsibility.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be handled with full confidentiality.
Secure login credentials and sensitive data should be shared responsibly.
8. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice.
Payments for completed work remain non-refundable in case of cancellation.
9. Communication Channels
Communication will be conducted through agreed-upon platforms for clarity and efficiency.
Response time for queries will typically be within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
