Equipped with 14 years of Industry & Academia experience, I am resilient with enormous energy and known as an influential and motivational leader with a special talent for building cooperative and productive work environments that foster achievement of corporate goals.

I have deep background in developing high-performance Placement Teams, managing large-scale Placement Events. I consider myself an expert in practically applying ideation to achieve innovation through influence and passionate about the notion that ideas rule the world.

Keeping up an inquisitive attitude, I believe, leads to a constant learning process. This approach adds to the already immense potential for innovation that exists in the field of Placements.

The boundless possibility of trying out and the instant knowledge of the outcome that stimulates one for further analysis of a rationale in question is what I find most appealing.
