. I have been working as a customer service representative for almost 5 years now. In the BPO industry, I handled accounts like at&t (US account, we take inbound calls), timewarner (US campaign as well but we do cold calling to business owners and set appointment with them), Talk Talk (UK telco account wherein we collect payment from the customers), and Online gaming. The last company that I worked for was First Online Solutions (AUS account, we do sales, customer support, responding to emails & assisting with the cleaners schedule). That being said, I know I have the abilities, skills and experience needed to handle any type of campaign.

As you can see, I have had extensive work experience in office environments and customer service industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team. I am a person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, fast learner and can work with less supervision. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation.

Work Terms

I can work 40 hours, five days a week or even with either Saturday and Sunday inlcuded. My payment terms would be $8/hr, paid via paypal and I prefer to communicate thru email, skype or whichever the client prefer.
