"It's all about the land, creative design and creative stewardship"
I took classes in both Vladimir and Moscow where I studied landscape design and planning, and began working as a landscape designer, where I was able to apply my skills in drawing and my sense of composition and color.
I currently live and work in US, Las Cruses where I share our studio with my husband and partner, photographer and artist Rip Griffith. After years of designing mainly residential landscapes, I realize that to bring change into the community where I live we need to change mentality in the use of the land and landscape design. I studied at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, receiving my Master’s degree in Urban Design and Research in 2015.
I have an extensive experience in working intimately with both individuals and large groups of people which gives me an insight into their interaction with the land. It gives me a better understanding in planning the functional and beautiful space.
