My background includes serving as a Customer service associate within the call center for the past 8 years. I'm currently working as a part-time Admin Assistant for a Realty Company based in Texas. We submit disputes, monitor status of the complaints, Audit reports, Run credit analysis and some other admin task. being a part of the Realty Industry, I get the chance to handle craigslist postings, Online Research, manage emails and do follow up calls if needed. I also worked as a Complaints Manager for Telecommunication Company based in Australia, In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delay and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my closure goals, handling an average of 5-6 cases per day.
Previously, I worked within high-volume outbound Collection Department for a major Bank based in the United States. My role is to make their account up to date by providing options if the customer cannot make any payments, resolve different type of issues (such as missing payment, disputes , bill charges explanation) by making an outbound call.
In addition, I was once a member of the Fraud Team who worked for Top Banking Institution located in the United States. We do further investigation after receiving reports that their account is being compromised, for us to make sure all charges on customer's account are valid, Once verified, we will apply necessary adjustments and send them a new card.
