I've had a few years of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry. I got to meet a lot of people from different walks of life. It was pretty interesting. I'd receive calls where people were frustrated, happy and angry. One of my roles was to help them in any way I can. It felt rewarding when they'd tell me how much they appreciated what I did for them.
