The Digital Nurse
I have a degree in nursing and known as The Digital Nurse. Take care of businesses and manage their online presence to boost their monthly revenue from 30% to 50%.
Here’s how it all started.
In 2008, during my last year in university, we started a family printing business. I am a “NO” experience marketing and sales manager, but I am happy with the result that in a month we EXCEEDED our target quota using a good marketing strategy. As years go by, we got a large project from private and governmental agencies by implementing another effective marketing approach. And our printing business has been in operation until now.
Out of curiosity about the most in-demand BPO job in 2015, while I was running our family business, I applied and was hired as a customer service representative. I enjoy talking with customers and helping them resolve their complaints. I love assisting clients in placing their orders and delivery problem. I was able to handle complaints from angry clients, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives on a timely basis, which led me to be the best agent.
In 2016, I found another opportunity, I dared to do freelance work online. I applied as a Virtual Assistant, helping the customer with their daily online task, setting their calendar, handling their e-mails, and working on their daily data entry report. After a couple of years of work, I got another opportunity, managing a client’s social media account. At the time, I was a social media moderator who contributed to the growth of their group, which numbered more than 100,000 members.
Until 2018, I decided to sign up for different courses to find out what works best for me. As a result, I fall in love with social media management. I am involved in planning, implementing, and administering a social media strategy to raise awareness of my client’s business.
This is the way I want to be called the digital nurse, finding a dose of strategy and build brands socially.
