I take a conceptual seed, nurture it, and observe as it captivates the audience. When shaped correctly, words can change the world.

Based in Ireland, I work on projects within health and wellness for clients and companies across the globe. My background is as a Registered General Nurse, having studied Science B.Sc. (Hons) and Sports Injuries Management, along with numerous copywriting and creative content courses.
I have experience working in-house and in agencies, writing on various issues within the health and wellness field. With many years of clinical experience in general and community nursing, nurse management, leadership within a healthcare team, and health promotion, I draw on my clinical practice to influence my writing.

I've worked with companies developing their brand, creating training materials, sales aids, personal and professional development assets, social media copy, education materials, wellness blogs, trade articles and many more assets and projects within the health, wellness and medical fields.
