I am located in the Philippines working remotely for 12 years. I worked for different companies in the US and handled various positions: customer service representative, data entry encoder, operations manager, sales associate, timeshare agent, appointment setter, accounting staff assistant, team leader and cab dispatcher. My primary role is to make sure that all of our clients are satisfied with our service. I am the one responsible in directly communicating with our clients through phone calls, chats and most of the time through emails. I am also in charge of drafting proposals for our clients, sending out email campaigns, supervising our staff and managing the company operations and website. Work Terms
