I am currently a full-time housewife and a dedicated hard working person who believes in honesty and good working relation. I can speak and write English fluently and as I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I am also familiar with a lot of medical terms. Though my educational background does not fully match this field of job, I have certain qualities and passion that makes me good at this. I'm very comfortable using computers and I'm confident in my ability to learn new things quickly and for being a resourceful person. I am a detail-oriented person and a multitasker. I can work under pressure with accuracy. My aim in every work that I do is to boost my efficiency by successfully completing all projects well within their deadlines. I also want to utilize my skills and knowledge while providing excellent service to my client's needs and requests.

For the past 7 years, I have worked with several BPO companies here in the Philippines as a Customer Support Specialist. From handling calls to answer client's queries and requests to being a sales chat agent and an admin assistant who works as a back office staff / email support. I’m proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. I'm very comfortable using these programs and have a lot of experience doing so. I've been a freelance typist as well and a data encoder in some government housing projects, with an average typing speed of 55 words per minute.

Work Terms
