I was an Admin Assistant for over ten years, and I was assigned to handle the following tasks:
-Gmail handling
-Scheduling
- Attending Customer's inquiries
- Data Entry
-File Management
-Creating invoices for customers
-Drafting customer's contract
-Doing tasks using office applications(Google docs and sheets)
Most recently, I completed an intensive Virtual Assistant training wherein I increased my proficiencies in various admin skills such as:
-Calendar Management
-Social Media Management
-WordPress Management
-Internet exploration
-Basic graphic designs using Canva
-Product entry
I am a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and always loves continued learning.
Work Terms
I can work full time with 30-40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
