15 years in enterprise B2B services and sales, MBA in Design Thinking and Foresighting, Certified Agile Enterprise and Transition Coach. Mentor, Coach, Consultant. Strategic thinker always asking WHY.

I take tools and methods that I have learned over the years and make then work in my life and career. I have travelled around the world 12 months and lived in 5 different counties.

I am curious, compassionate, caring person who gets her energy from connecting with people with intention. I practise Agile Coaching, Business Coaching, Internal Family system coaching, Systems inspired leadership, and high impact teaming practises.

Work Terms

I am based in Finland, time zone Eastern European time. I can take 5 individual coachees and 2-3 simultaneous consulting engagements or teaming activities.
