Performing Admin Officer Responsibilities:
1. Head office maintenance work and arrangement of substitute of work.
2. Resolving head office problems relating to employees and other misc. work.
3. Negotiation on quotation and pricing of products from our vendor and procurement work.
4. Making registration of Motorcycle, Car and other vehicles.
5. Making applications, transfer letters and authority letters.
6. Making arrangements for meetings in Head Office.
7. Providing proper reporting and presentation of work perform.
Performing Finance Officer Responsibilities:
1. Making the accounts of 3 companies in Islamabad Head Office.
2. Performing the banking transactions on behave of Khyber Match Factory.
3. Making sheets of petty cash, cash flow statement, bank statement analysis, fuel statement for company vehicles and different expenses sheets also.
4. Financial statements for admin work.
5. Make proper record of cheque issued to creditors & debtors and make follow up also.
Work Terms
1. Timing of Operation is 7pm to 11pm.
2. Payment term is prescribed by Guru.com or in cash.
3. Preferred communication style is on Skype or email.
