Available Monday through Friday from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM CST. Additional hours, including weekends, are available by appointment to accommodate your needs.
Payment Terms:
All payments must be processed through Guru.com to ensure security and compliance with their terms. A 50% deposit is required upfront when booking any service, with the balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainers for ongoing projects must also be handled via Guru.com.
Preferred Communication Style:
All initial consultations and ongoing communications should be conducted through Guru.com’s messaging system. This ensures that all interactions are documented and accessible in case of disputes. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee:
A 25% cancellation fee will be applied if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. This fee compensates for the time reserved and potential opportunities missed.
Deposit:
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule an appointment once without penalty, provided that the request is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.
