Throughout my career, I have implemented new work systems, developed career paths, trained teams, and driven significant improvements. I transformed maintenance teams, transitioning from a corrective approach to autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance. My efforts have led to remarkable achievements, and I have been honored with several awards.
