Christian Freelance Writer/Copyeditor

Hello! My name is Anthony, and I am a Sophomore at Brigham Young University. I am currently working on an Ancient Near Eastern Studies: Greek New Testament emphasis major with the hopes of pursuing Religious Studies at the post-graduate level afterwards. When not writing/editing, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my four younger sisters, and reading.

At BYU, I work as a TA in the Education Department for Children's Literature. Here I grade projects/assignments, advise students on the curriculum, and guide literature circles/group discussions. This position has given me a strong eye for detail, as I am required to grade assignments both quickly and thoroughly in grammar/spelling, syntax, and content.

For the past four years, I have worked as a freelance writer with an emphasis in faith and spirituality pieces. I have had pieces published in several literary magazines such as Teen Ink, Deseret News: Church News, and Canvas Literary Journal.

Work Terms

Hours of operation: 25-30 hrs/week.
Payment terms: I am flexible and am willing to negotiate to best fit your budget. Typically I do not work lower than $9/hr.
